The social network Twitter suffered a fall of its servers in many countries around the world, which lasted almost an hour and a half.
“The interruption of the service was due to a change in the internal configuration, which we are solving, some people can now use Twitter again and we are working to ensure that it is available to everyone as soon as possible,” said the statement issued by the network.
Users in Latin America, the United States, Europe, Asia, among others, could not access during the time it was out of service, as indicated by the media.
The focus of the fall of the service in the five continents, although the largest number of users affected were detected in Western Europe and North America, with secondary outbreaks in Japan, Brazil, India, Argentina, Colombia and Peru, among other countries.
Internet users began to warn of problems to access the social network on both phones and other mobile devices and computers around 18:45 GMT on Thursday.
Last week, Facebook-owned apps WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, in addition to the social network itself, also suffered a fall in service worldwide that prevented users from publishing and downloading photos in these applications.
