AI platform can predict when an employee is about to quit
IBM new software, which offers a 95% efficiency, is trained to know who is about to resign
The IBM company developed an Artificial Intelligence mechanism, which is able to guess if a worker is planning to quit his job.
This company, which receives about 8,000 CVs daily, has been the focus of attention for members of the Z generation, or post-millennials.
With 95%, artificial intelligence software is able to determine who is going to leave their job.
The CEO of IBM Ginni Rometty said that his team has sought to direct their development in technology in order to maintain their employees.
“The best time to get in touch with an employee is before he leaves,” the CEO said an a interview with CNBC.
Rometty did not give details of how this AI innovation works to achieve such a level of success, but he assured that the predictions are now 95% correct. According to the CEO of IBM, success is due to the analysis of multiple data.
