PlayStation 5 will include 8k graphics and ray tracing

The PlayStation designer revealed in an interview the first details of PlayStation 5, the great generation of Sony's videoconsole

Mark Cerny will be responsible for the design of the next PlayStation and has confirmed that it will not come this year. It will be necessary to wait until the middle of 2020 to officially know the new Sony console generation .

Fans expect it to be called PlayStation 5 although the name is still unclear. Sony confirmed some details, among which are the resolution that will admit, the type of architecture and other additional details that lovers of video games will be interested.

The new Sony PlayStation will arrive with a third-generation AMD Ryzen chipset, with an eight-core processor with the new 7-nanometer Zen 2 architecture.

Similarly, Sony will opt for a custom graphics card based on the Radeon Navi family, with support for ray tracing technology. Undoubtedly, it is a new generation of GPUs.

Also, the new PlayStation will support 8K graphics, an important jump considering that today 4K at 30fps continues to generate problems in the current consoles.
