Cointext allows users to send bitcoin cash through SMS

Now users can pay with bitcoin cash from their basic mobile devices through text messages. The service includes Spain and several Latin American countries

Cointext allows users to send BCH to other people with a mobile phone, without having access to the Internet. The service works on a global scale and the availability of cheap devices can help many people to use the cryptocurrency for payments through SMS.

The mobile wallet allows clients to send assets to other phone numbers or bitcoin cash addresses just by sending a text message from a basic mobile. The receiver does not need to download a wallet or install an application. Nor is it necessary to have access to the Internet.

It is worth noting that users can create new accounts by sending the word Start to the Cointext access number in the country. All actions are implemented by sending text commands.

The service is already compatible in more than 40 countries, among which are: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine and the United States.

Another important factor is that users can also pay Bitpay bills through the text messaging service.
