BritCham organizes workshop on organizational resilience
This knowledge and skills allow people to anticipate, prepare, respond and adapt positively to unpredictable events derived from environmental risk
The British Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce (BritCham), in the framework of Fedeuropa activities, and with the collaboration of GHP (Human Management and Protection), invites to its next workshop on “Organizational Resilience: How to anticipate and respond to unexpected events.”
The purpose of this workshop is to provide participants with the necessary knowledge to be a “resilient leader”, contributing to the development and strengthening of the organization’s resilience, which allows to anticipate, prepare, respond and adapt positively to the unpredictable circumstances derived from environmental risks.
The training will also address the fundamental parts of a management system by identifying the effort and resources required to implement organizational resilience, among other important aspects.
The event will take place next Thursday, November 14, at Curvi Spaces, HP Tower (Los Palos Grandes), from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in Caracas.
