Blacklist of dubious crypto companies to be launched

A group of investors from the international market proposed the establishment of a blacklist of digital coin companies involved in suspicious movements lately

In a meeting that took place in Chicago, United States gathered together 35 of the most renowned investors and entrepreneurs in the current market. Representatives from DRW Holdings Inc, Galaxy Digital Holding, as well as those in charge of Ripple attended the meeting.

One of the proposals focuses on the creation of an accreditation for companies that deal with digital currencies and that go hand in hand with the regulations of the Crypto OTC Roundtable Asia Association (CORA).

In order to reduce the crime rate in the decentralized financial field, it is considered of vital importance to establish compliance regulations and general standards between commercial parties and international markets.

It is curious that the meeting of investors took place the same day that some hackers extracted more than 7,000 bitcoins equivalent to 40 million dollars from Binance wallet addresses.

Undoubtedly, an effort by the entire community to improve compliance standards will avoid responsibilities that could arise from trade with bad actors or merchants who negotiate with bad actors.
