Bank branches in Venezuela will not provide teller service this Wednesday, March 19th, for the Saint Joseph’s Day holiday, according to the Superintendency of Banking Institutions (Sudeban) calendar.
However, customers will be able to make transfers, mobile payments, payments, or top-ups online.
Another alternative on this day will be ATMs, which also allow cash withdrawals and deposits. However, individual banks may maintain external teller windows in some shopping centers.
Customers also have access to the telephone service to inquire about their balance and request assistance from qualified personnel, among other services.
Sudeban invites citizens to use online banking during bank holidays from the comfort of their homes, through the channels established by each bank, in an easy and secure manner.
Detailed information about upcoming bank holidays can be obtained through the Superintendency’s website, so that users of the national banking system can make informed decisions based on their needs.
