Samsung will hold its Developer Conference on October 5

The Samsung Electronics Developer Conference will take place on October 5 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco

Samsung Electronics has announced that it will hold its Developer Conference “Samsung Developer Conference 2023” (SDC23) on October 5, at a meeting that will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco (United States).

The SDC is presented as a point of reference for developers of the brand and in which the company highlights the innovations of its platforms – SmartThings, Bixby, Knox and Tizen–, as well as its new innovation strategies.

Specifically, this will be the ninth edition of the SDC and, unlike the previous one, in which you could only attend by invitation, anyone interested can attend this one, after formalizing their corresponding registration.

Along with the innovations introduced in its platforms, the technology brand will focus this meeting on how Samsung’s various business areas and devices are expanding and improving customer user experiences, as indicated in a press release.

On this occasion, the vice president, CEO and director of the Device eXperience (DX) Division of Samsung Electronics, JH Ha – in charge of inaugurating the meeting –, as well as the executive vice president and member of the SmartThings Team, Jaweyeon Jung, and the Vice President of the Mobile eXperience Business Digital Health Team, Hon Park.

They will be joined by Vice President, a member of the Platforms Team and Samsung Research, Hobum Kwon; Executive Vice President, S/W Application R&D Group, Visual Display Business, Bongjun Ko; and Group Vice President of Structures R&D, Mobile eXperience Business, Sally Hyesoon.

Among some of the open sessions scheduled are those that aim to delve into the latest developer-focused platforms and tools from Samsung, such as One UI 6 and Samsung Health.

Both the keynote address and the main sessions will be broadcast live on October 5 via Samsung’s YouTube channel, as well as on Samsung Developer’s website during the event, held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
