Banks will not provide box office service on Monday the 11th because it is a bank holiday. Customers will be able to use electronic channels for their transactions

Next Monday, September 11, banks will not work in Venezuelan territory due to the bank holiday corresponding to the Virgen de Coromoto, whose saints are celebrated on September 11.

In accordance with the calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban), bank agencies will not provide box office service. However, digital channels and ATMs will be operational for all types of transactions.

Customers will be able to make their transfers, mobile payment, payment or recharge of services through the Internet. Another alternative is ATMs that also allow cash withdrawals and deposits.

Sudeban invites citizens to use online banking during bank holidays from the comfort of home.
