Opera adds a free VPN for iOS

The browser will incorporate the virtual private network for your browser in the iOS operating system

Opera incorporated a virtual private network (VPN) into its browser for iOS, which it offers free of charge and without registration, to protect the user’s online activity.

The platform updated its browser for iOS with one of its most outstanding features: the free VPN, which is already available in early access, but will reach all users in the coming weeks.

This novelty makes Opera “the first browser company to offer an integrated VPN, free, on all platforms”, as the company itself points out on its official blog. This is: Mac, Windows, Linux, Android and iOS.

To use this VPN you do not have to pay a subscription or log in. It is a feature built into the browser that protects the user’s network when connected to the Internet. With it, it guarantees anonymity and “secure and fast access to virtual locations around the world.”
