Guatemala will host the Feleban Assembly

The Feleban event will take place between November 12 and 15, and will feature the participation of 1,500 bankers from around the world

Guatemala was chosen for the second time as the venue for the 56th edition of the Annual Assembly of the Latin American Federation of Banks (Feleban).

The event, also organized by the Banking Association of Guatemala, will be held between November 12 and 15, and will feature 1,500 bankers and representatives of the financial sector from around the world.

The primary objective of this edition of Feleban is to promote and facilitate contact, understanding and direct relationships between financial and banking entities, thus impacting the development of Latin America.

The event is expected to have 45 countries from America, Europe and Asia, which will also help to promote at least 1,000 direct jobs in Guatemala, as well as important economic contributions in the country’s hotel, gastronomy and tourism sectors.

The Latin American Federation of Banks Feleban was founded 57 years ago and brings together, through their respective banking associations, more than 600 banks and financial entities in 18 Latin American countries.
