Fintech Association Venezuela promotes training in new technologies

The ecosystem is growing and with it we must innovate, as well as educate new generations and entrepreneurs about this digital world

The Venezuelan Society of Fintech and New Technologies (Fintech Venezuela) is responsible for promoting the formation of collaborative environments in which its participants design proposals for technological innovation in the various areas of social exchange, aimed at optimizing processes and generating value in the community.

Its founder and promoter, Maria Elena Machado, said that thanks to the work tables that are under development training workshops for entrepreneurs, in order to identify what aspects should be taken care of when launching your project.

“We are developing mechanisms that encourage training in technology, with emphasis on areas such as education, security, prevention of technological fraud and the legal framework for Fintech companies in the country. For this, a proper approach and subsequent approach to the tools proposed by the new economy, the fintech, the blockchain and the cryptocurrencies in Venezuelan society is indispensable,” Machado assured.

Fintech Venezuela, hand in hand with its members and allies, such as Bolivarcoin, Fintech 4.0, e4Cash, mPandco, Meerkat, Crypto Free Economy, Ecoversus, Mikoin, Onix, Criptogroup and the Digital Culture Center, focuses on the organization of a series of workshops aimed at providing the community with training in technology.

The first meeting will be held on June 28, which is called “The Legal ABC for Fintech companies in Venezuela” and will be held in the Sala La Viga, Chacao Cultural Center, Tamanaco Avenue, Chacao Cultural Center Building, Urbanization El Rosal, Caracas, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The activity will feature the participation of recognized professionals in the legal area of ​​the country and will address issues relating to trademarks, patents, intellectual property, regulatory framework, policies of the “Know Your Customer” process also known by its acronym KYC, policies of promotion of the financial sector and the regulations that promote the simplification of procedures. Hand in hand with its members and allies, Fintech Venezuela -in favor of promoting education in new technologies in the country- is convinced of the importance of quality, both of content, and of professionals and enthusiasts who are dedicating themselves to create educational products on these topics.

Therefore, they are willing to endorse those products that meet: topics to be addressed, general and specific objectives that are pursued with this activity, number of participants, time spent in academic hours, the dynamics to be used with the groups, validation strategies for learning, bibliographic or digital sources of the content to be taught, as well as the professional profile or experience in the area of ​​the facilitator or teacher responsible for the training process.

The Venezuelan Society of Fintech and New Technologies (Fintech Venezuela), after the review and validation, will proceed to endorse those courses that comply with the elements cited, and of which those responsible are duly registered in the company, in order to establish a link tending to the improvement and continuous revision of its educational proposals, creating synergy and enhancing the spectrum of topics and interdisciplinary contents essential for the better understanding, adoption and use of new technologies in Venezuela.
