Ferrari and Tesla take advantage of the market transition

Both companies boost their value by gaining ground against traditional manufacturers

Ferrari headquarters in Maranello has made history in 2019 by raising its sales to 10,000 vehicles, surpassing the historical milestone reached in 2010 when the sale of some 6,573 cars was reached. With these revenues, the brand can market more models compared to last year because in a market in the transition phase the added value is paid.

Currently, the Italian firm exhibits its brand among accessories, hotels and theme parks, a branch that already provides 10% of its benefits and that also distinguishes itself from other brands of vehicles such as Toyota or General Motors that, despite being solid firms in the market, it does not exceed the strongest in the world.

For its part, Tesla is also setting a standard with its Model 3 that has already become the best-selling 100% electric car in the world. By 2019, more than 301,000 units of Tesla Model 3 were sold, a figure almost three times higher than the second model in the ranking.

In the last three quarters the firm has generated 2 billion dollars of cash flow and has put six months of profits on track. These figures leave as a result that the shares of the company soar 80% so far this year.

In the stock market both companies are in the clouds, worth more than the American Ford, founder of modern industry.
