eFootball 2022 will be free at the end of September

Video game studio Konami announced the soccer simulation game eFootball 2022, which will be available worldwide for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Windows 10, and PC via Steam on September 30.

eFootball 2022 will be the official title of the first season of content on its platform, which will succeed Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) saga of football simulation video games.

On this occasion, it will bet on a free game format through content updates since its launch on September 30 on PC and consoles (PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, Windows 10 and PC Steam).

To this will be added an update, also free of charge, that will arrive in the fall and that will bring with it the launch of eFootball 2022 for mobile devices with iOS and Android operating systems.

Konami’s title will have from its launch offline matches against AI and friends with nine clubs to choose from: FC Barcelona, ​​FC Bayern München, Juventus, Manchester United, Arsenal FC, SC Corinthians Paulista, CR Flamengo, CA River Plate and São Paulo FC.

There is also a choice of six stadiums (Camp Nou, Old Trafford, Allianz Stadium, Emirates Stadium, Allianz Arena and eFootball Stadium), and players will be able to play weekly cross-play online events.
