Brazil will become an international tourist power

The Minister of Tourism stressed that "Brazil is a country that has been explored very little by everyone"

The Brazilian government wants to turn the country into an international tourist power that will make its economy grow and “improve the life of the people”, betting on its natural resources as an attraction and publicizing its wide variety of destinations.

“We have the consensus that Brazil is very little explored by everyone,” stressed the country’s Tourism Minister, Celso Sabino, during an interview, emphasizing all those Brazilian destinations unknown to the rest of the world.

The minister emphasized that President Lula Da Silva, in office since January “is expanding dialogue, building bridges instead of walls” and improving diplomatic relations, which means expanding the country as a destination by making itself known beyond of the recognizable symbols of Rio de Janeiro and Salvador de Bahia.

The “pleasant” climate, the beaches and the rivers are some of the strengths that Sabino highlights of Brazil, in addition to the Amazon, a destination with great potential at a time when everyone is talking about sustainability and climate change.
