Banks will remain closed on Monday, September 15

Next Monday, September 15, bank branches throughout Venezuela will remain closed for the holiday corresponding to the feast of the Virgin of Coromoto, patron saint of Venezuela

Monday, September 15, will be a non-working day for the banking sector in Venezuela in view of the holiday for the feast of the Virgin of Coromoto, patron saint of Venezuela, included in the calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Institutions (Sudeban).

In-person service will not be available next Monday. However, all digital or electronic channels, as well as ATMs, will be open for users to carry out their transactions.

In this regard, citizens will be able to use ATMs and various mobile apps and online platforms to check their balances, make payments to individuals and businesses, and make transfers, among other things.

Each bank’s digital channels will remain fully operational on Monday, September 15th, for the convenience of the public. Regarding national and bank holidays, Sudeban recommends planning your financial transactions in advance to avoid service suspensions or delays in payments on scheduled dates.
