Bancamiga formally launched its 2026 training program with the forum “Keys to Transforming and Boosting Your Business.” The event, held at the Pedro Elías Gutiérrez Theater, was attended by more than 300 local entrepreneurs.
The activity, organized in strategic partnership with the Vargas Municipality Mayor’s Office in La Guaira State, provided essential practical and theoretical tools for business sustainability.

“For Bancamiga, entrepreneurship is one of the driving forces of the economy. Our goal is not only to offer financial services, but also to support Venezuelans with quality training that ensures their ventures are profitable and sustainable,” said José Simón Elarba, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bancamiga.
Guided by experts in various fields of management and innovation, participants explored critical areas for business success, such as the purpose of entrepreneurship, in order to define their long-term vision; and their business model and value proposition, to differentiate themselves in the current market. They also learned strategies for connecting with their ideal audience.

Promoting entrepreneurship and business development among Venezuelans are fundamental pillars of Bancamiga Banco Universal’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. This initiative is part of a robust training program that, since its inception in 2022, has positively impacted more than 7,000 Venezuelans with a business vision throughout the country.
In addition to academic training, participants had the opportunity to learn firsthand about the portfolio of products and services that Bancamiga offers to small and medium-sized businesses.
