Bancamiga held “The Entrepreneur’s Journey” in Maracaibo with record attendance

In this innovative forum, like the phases of a flight, entrepreneurs had access to elements to overcome challenges and follow the path to success in their businesses

The first major cycle of Bancamiga conferences for entrepreneurs in the city of Maracaibo, “The Entrepreneur’s Journey”, was held with record attendance. Accompanied by experts in different areas, more than 450 people had access to key information from the moment the business idea is conceived, until it becomes a sustainable productive unit in the Venezuelan market.

Bancamiga held this forum “The Entrepreneur’s Journey” in the capital of Zulia to maximize the impact of its social commitment in the west of the country and expand the range of action of its business development program throughout the national territory with face-to-face or online activities. The event was attended by Maryuri Bargiela, President of the National Entrepreneurship Fund.

As in the phases of a flight, entrepreneurs from the Zulia region had access to elements to overcome challenges and take the path to achieve success in their businesses. The takeoff was with Mauricio Parilli, director of the civil association Aprendo y Emprendo, who spoke about fundamental aspects of the ideation and innovation process.

The consultant and organizational coach Eugenio Pérez Toledano addressed the participants on strategic vision, leadership and teamwork. As the trip continued at cruising speed, the digital business consultant Joco González spoke about agility, resilience, visibility and the impact that ventures must have to be sustainable.

For the descent and landing, the economist and motivational speaker Maickel Melamed inspired the attendees with his optimism and sowed hope in that ideal destination that people want to reach with their business initiatives.

The training day ended with the surprise presentation of the young people of the Venezuelan Robotics Team, the pride of the state of Zulia and all of Venezuela, who won the gold medal at the First Global Challenge held in Singapore in 2023 and the silver medal at the most recent edition of the competition held in Greece.

With their intervention, the young people from Zulia were filled with applause for sharing their experience to overcome challenges and leave the name of the country at the top.
