The Central Bank of Bahrain published a new legal and regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies

The financial entity emphasizes and states that among the aspects to be regulated are licensing, governance, minimum capital, control environment and risk management, AML / CFT, rules of business conduct, avoidance of conflicts of interest, reports and cyber security.

In the same way, the crypto-bags authorized by the bank will have to be governed by the guidelines of order matching, transparency before and after the transaction, market manipulation, conflicts of interest and the prevention of market abuse.

The platforms should be very careful when incorporating new users or clients and should take extreme security measures so that the cryptoactive wallets can always be recovered.
