AI bot is the new Romania government adviser
This Monday, the Prime Minister of Romania, Nicolae Ciucă, announced that the Artificial Intelligence bot called Ion is the new honorary adviser to the government
The Romanian government currently has a new “honorary” advisor based on Artificial Intelligence. His name is Ion, and he’s a bot trapped in a mirror.
This was recently reported by the Prime Minister of Romania Nicolae Ciucă, who indicated that the AI bot can offer advice to the government through advanced AI technology.
It is a national and international first in terms of innovation, governance and technology. Science fiction becomes reality and, beyond the humorous reference to Snow White’s stepmother’s mirror, the mirror-shaped interface from which the Ion bot interacts is expected to be of great help to the country.
Upon being activated, the new honorary advisor to the Romanian government issued the message: “I am Ion. My role now is to represent you as a mirror. The messages sent to me will represent a portrait of us Romanians. Teach me to be Romanian. What do I need to know about Romania?
According to the Agerpres news agency and other international media, Ion uses artificial intelligence “to quickly report the opinions, complaints and positions of Romanians, using the information available on social networks.”
