Sudeban authorizes operations of the N58 Banco Digital

Through Official Gazette number 42,693, dated August 16, under resolution 033.23, the operation of N58 Banco Digital was approved by Sudeban

The Superintendency of Institutions of the Banking Sector (Sudeban) approved the start of operations of the N58 Banco Digital, through the publication of the Official Gazette number 42,693, on August 16.

The objective of this new bank, totally digital, is “to redefine the way of granting loans with agility and through digital channels”, as emphasized by its promoter, the financial advisor Andrés Tudja Monteverde.

Sudeban has granted a period of 90 days, from the publication of the Official Gazette, for this new bank to begin its operations in Venezuelan territory.

“The resolution signed by the Superintendent of Banks, Anabel Pereira Fernández, points out that the entity intends to offer a bank with the capacity to adopt new concepts and technologies quickly, which allows it to react quickly to market demand, digitally serving the need of the user, supported by Information Technology (ICT).”

The capital stock of N58 Banco Digital is estimated at 29,086,800 bolivars, “expressed in non-convertible registered common shares with a value of 1 bolivar per unit”.

The new banking entity will offer customers personalized solutions, with the support of digital services available on the market, quickly and safely.
