Samsung will update its catalog of tablets with a new launch

The technology company is finalizing the details for the launch of its Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2024, with improved hardware

The tablets’ industry seeks to regain positioning in the market. Samsung brings a new product, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2024 model, which will maintain its design, but will offer improved hardware and an update to the Android version and interface.

With the focus on “lite” products, Samsung will offer the same device but improved. So, it will be normal for users to appreciate features such as the “10.4-inch multi-touch LCD screen, with native resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels, as well as support for optical pens such as the South Korean brand’s own S Pen.”

However, there will be news inside the tablet. It incorporates a Samsung Exynos 1280 SoC with a combination of two high-performance ARM Cortex-A78 CPU cores. “With six Cortex-A55 cores, and integrated Mali-G68 MC4 graphics to optimize the developments of the latest versions.”

As for the configuration, it will offer “at least 4 Gbyte of RAM and 64 Gbytes of internal storage”, with support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless standards. In addition, users will enjoy “stereo speakers, front and rear cameras, USB port for charging and data, 7040 mAh battery and the usual sensors in tablets, GPS included.”

Regarding the software, there will be an update with the One UI layer created by the company for its mobile devices on Android 14.
