Musk assures that there are still “issues” to finalize the purchase of Twitter

The CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, recently assured that there are still “unresolved issues” to be able to finalize the purchase of the Twitter social network.

Through a videoconference, Musk from Doha indicated that it is currently pending to clarify “the number of false accounts and spam that Twitter says is 5%, although it is not our experience”

Two weeks ago, Musk threatened not to complete the purchase of Twitter precisely because of this issue, since he has not received the information he required from the company.

On the other hand, the businessman hopes to obtain an answer on whether “the portion of the debt round will be met and whether the shareholders will vote in favor.”

Musk also said that this operation will not have any impact in China, since the network does not operate there, so it should not interfere with the freedom of expression in the United States.
