The president of the Cámara inmobiliaria de Venezuela, Francisco López Domínguez, explained in an interview with Unión Radio that the event that begins this Thursday, December 9 called “La Venezuela que queremos 2022” seeks to demonstrate that there is still a primary market in the country, value the vision that is currently held and deploy or tune in with positive initiatives that are a solid benchmark of success.

“The majority of economic activities are reflected in rentals, because people have had some economic growth, but it is not yet transferred to what is buying and selling,” he said in the radio interview.
He defended and pointed out that for such type of transactions or operations, the payment in installments must begin to be facilitated, made possible, allowed.
Convenient and necessary change of the law
The institutional and union spokesperson for real estate companies added that both the national government and the institutions in charge of legislating must debate and implement a convenient and necessary change of the law on this matter.
“La Venezuela que queremos 2022” includes conferences of representatives of different economic unions.
