During the Apple Event on September 9, the tech giant will unveil the iPhone 18 Pro keynote and its first foldable phone. The event has been dubbed “Surprise and Sparkle” and promises many new features for Apple fans.

Invitations have already been sent out for this tech event, where details of the 2027 iPhone 18 launch will surely be revealed.

So far, there is talk of launching the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, foldable iPhone, Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, among others.

Announcements are also expected regarding more products awaiting updates, such as Mac, iPad, AirPods, Apple TV, and smart speakers, as well as the iOS 27, macOS 27, watchOS 27, iPadOS 27, and tvOS 27 operating systems.

Those interested can follow the Apple Event via live stream on the company’s official website, its YouTube channel, and the Apple TV app on compatible devices and Smart TVs.

The Central Bank of Venezuela publishes this Monday, September 9, the price of the official dollar in the country, which closes at 36.68 bolivars at the close of operations at the exchange desks of the banks participating in the day’s session.

The BCV exchange rate is the reference for transactions in the country. The index update will be tomorrow, Tuesday, September 10.

“After a weekend full of negotiations, I can announce that we have convened the extraordinary meeting of the Energy Council. We will meet in Brussels on September 9,” said the Czech Industry Minister, Jozef Sikela, the country that holds the six-month presidency from the EU.

Sikela has indicated that Europe “must fix the energy market. An EU-level solution is by far the best we can do,” he defended in a message on social media.

Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala announced last week an urgent meeting of energy ministers to discuss measures to deal with the energy market situation and energy saving plans to ensure the bloc’s energy security.

This meeting will come after this Monday, the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, confirmed that Brussels is working on an “emergency intervention and structural reform of the electricity market”, after noting that it was designed “for other circumstances” and that is behind the exorbitant prices paid on the continent.

“The era of Russian fossil fuels in Europe is over and freeing ourselves from blackmail will bring us more power to defend the global order,” the German conservative proclaimed at a forum in Slovenia.
