BECARTE: Intintus and ‘Beca A Un Pana’ support the talent of Venezuelan designers

The purpose of the BECARTE initiative is to stimulate and recognize the talent and creativity of potential artists by the two allied entities

Continuing the objective of recognizing and stimulating the talent of Venezuelan artists, the ‘Asociación Civil Beca A Un Pana’ and the Intintus brand came together to create BECARTE.

This initiative and project is specially conceived for students of design institutes in Caracas. The winner will receive a scholarship (100 %) for their studies, academic follow-up and support in the creative area until they finish their degree.

Intintus is a Venezuelan brand that is characterized by mixing art and fashion, recognizing and proudly exalting the talent of various artists. The brand was born as an innovative proposal, bringing art to clothing and accessories.

For its part, Beca A Un Pana is an organization that has been dedicated since 2010 to recognizing and rewarding academic, sports, cultural and social excellence through the awarding of university scholarships.

The application process for BECARTE began on March 18 and will run until April 25 of this year. Subsequently, applicants must go through an interview phase and finally on May 14, the name of the selected student will be announced.

How to apply for the scholarship?

-Applicants should:

  • Complete the form.
  • Intervene a piece that captures the pillars of the Intintus brand: authenticity, passion, originality, fashion and empowerment.
  • Transfer the piece to the Intintus headquarters.

-To apply for the scholarship, they must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a student of fashion or graphic design.
  • Possess the first two semesters of the approved degree.
  • Have a minimum average of 15 points.
