Bank branches will be closed on Monday, September 14th.

On Monday, September 14th, there will be no in-person service at bank branches across the country due to the commemoration of the Day of Our Lady of Coromoto, patron saint of Venezuela

According to the official calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban), bank branches will be closed in Venezuela on Monday, September 14th, in commemoration of the Day of Our Lady of Coromoto.

However, all digital channels and ATMs will be operational for different types of transactions. Customers will be able to make transfers, mobile payments, pay or top up bills online, check balances, and deposit funds to other accounts.

Telephone customer service is another option available to national bank users for checking balances and requesting assistance from qualified personnel, among other things.

Sudeban encourages citizens to use online banking during bank holidays from the comfort of their homes, through the channels established by each bank, easily and securely.

Detailed information about upcoming bank holidays can be found on the Sudeban website so that users of the national banking system can make the necessary arrangements.
