This Monday, September 2, the Anti-Terrorist Court of Venezuela issued an arrest warrant against former presidential candidate Edmundo González Urrutia, of the opposition, and commissioned the CICPC to carry out the procedure.
According to the order published by the Public Ministry on his account on the social network Instagram, Urrutia would have incurred crimes such as “usurpation of functions, provided for and sanctioned in article 213, forging of public documents, provided for and sanctioned in article 319, incitement to disobedience of laws, provided for and sanctioned in article 283, conspiracy, provided for and sanctioned in article 132, all of the Penal Code, sabotage, system damage, provided for and sanctioned in article 7 of the computer crime law, association, provided for and sanctioned in article 37 of the organic law against organized crime and financing of terrorism.”
