Online shopping has become a necessity in these times and more and more companies are betting on strengthening their presence in this market. Bancamiga Banco Universal, with its International Card, allows its customers to make online purchases that contribute to the growth of their businesses and to improve the quality of life in a general sense.
The banking institution explains in a statement that this product, which is adapted to the needs of Venezuelans, offers the possibility of making purchases through Amazon, paying for the Netflix, HBO Max, Spotify or Disney Plus service, affiliating it to the account of Paypal and carry out any transaction that involves online purchases.
When asked about the card, Yraima Martínez, VP of Payment Methods at Bancamiga, indicated that the International Card has been very receptive among our customers, especially when the Covid-19 pandemic has significantly increased digital purchases in the world.
Currently, Bancamiga customers can have this product, under the MasterCard franchise, which also has the advantage that it can be used at any point of sale in Venezuela and abroad, and also allows withdrawals at international ATMs.
Bancamiga reported that requesting it is very simple. It must be done through Bancamiga Online, which is why it is necessary to be a Bank customer. When entering the Global Position, you will see the Virtual Card and International Card Application tabs.
When selecting one of the two, you must then choose the special operations image, enter the dynamic password which will be received in the mail or cell phone, and complete all the required fields.
The International Card will be ready within 72 hours and must be collected at the Bancamiga agency of your convenience or at the MRW Bancamiga point selected at the time of application.
The issuance cost is 10 dollars and is debited from the account that has been indicated.
The product must be recharged before use. The recharge has a commission of 0.25 % if it is done from the Foreign Currency Account and 2.50 % from the Cash Account. It will be effective in a minimum period of 12 hours and a maximum of 48 hours.
To recharge you must also enter Global Position, click on the number of the International Card and go to Recharge Card in Foreign Currency, where you finally have to select the account to be debited, in this case if it is the Foreign Currency or the Cash.

The Bancamiga International Card can also be requested in its virtual version, at a cost of three dollars.
