Elon Musk will no longer be the CEO of Twitter

The owner of Tesla announced that from now on he will assume the functions of CEO of Twitter

Twitter CEO Elon Musk has revealed that he will take on new roles at the social media platform in the next six weeks.

In a message posted to Twitter on May 11, Musk announced that he had hired a new CEO for X Corp, Twitter’s parent company.

This CEO, whose name has not been disclosed, is expected to replace him in late June or early July. Musk acquired Twitter in October 2022 for a total of $44 billion.

In his new role, Elon Musk will become Twitter’s CEO and CTO. He will oversee operations related to products, software, and systems. As part of these changes, Musk has fired the previous Deputy CEO, Parag Agrawal.
