WhatsApp Business starts rolling out subscriptions

The developers of the application enabled subscription plans, which offer more tools for managing the company

WhatsApp began rolling out its new subscription plan for companies, WhatsApp Business Premium, a payment method that allows organizations to have access to some advanced features.

The business messaging network is a version that offers tools to manage businesses, such as the ability to create product catalogs, automatically generate direct links, add labels to organize conversations or use templates for automated conversations.

In order to provide more advanced features to WhatsApp Business users, such as speeding up the use of their accounts or efficient management of conversations with customers, the company announced in May that it would make a new premium service available to companies.

WhatsApp Premium is an optional subscription plan that is available in some compatible business accounts, which can already be activated from the “Settings” menu of the application.

It should be noted that the WhatsApp Business application and its existing tools will continue to be free for users of this modality, but the subscription to the Premium service gives access to other advanced features.

In addition to being able to link up to a dozen devices to the same account, WhatsApp Business Premium offers organizations the option of creating a short and personalized business link (with the name of the company), which can be modified 90 days after generating it.
