Venezuelan government activates national hospital network to assist those affected by earthquakes

Following the earthquakes that struck Venezuela on Wednesday, June 24, the government activated the national network of medical centers to provide assistance to those affected

The Venezuelan government activated the network of public health centers to provide assistance to those injured and seriously wounded in the earthquakes that occurred late Wednesday afternoon, June 24.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, eight public hospitals and twelve clinics were activated to treat those affected by the earthquake on June 24. The measure covers the most affected states: Capital District, La Guaira, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, and Falcón.

All health centers will be operating at maximum capacity to receive those affected by the earthquakes.
