Zara will launch an online store in Peru

The Spanish clothing chain will open its online store in the Latin American country on March 18

Zara, the Spanish fashion store chain, reveals through its Facebook page the launch of the new virtual store in Peru that will be officially open to the public on March 18, although from Tuesday 17 the purchase application can be downloaded for have early access.

The clothing and accessories store that will expand the consumer base in Peru will be allied with the global plan of the Spanish group Inditex, owner of Zara Home, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Oysho, Lefties and Uterqüe. It also wants to integrate its physical stores online in the global market.

It should be noted that this is not the first store launched by the Spanish company Zara, since the group has taken its ecommerce to Mexico and Brazil and expects to reach the Argentine market this 2020.

The idea arises as a joint work driven by Inditex that aims to stimulate a unique, global and integrated business model between its physical and online stores, achieving a transformation in the design, manufacture and supply of fashion products.

It is important to mention that during the third quarter of 2019 Inditex managed to invoice 19 thousand 820 million euros equivalent to US $ 21,784 million, which represents an increase of 7.5% over the same period of the previous year.
