YouTube Music and YouTube Premium arrive in Chile

The new applications arrive in Chile and will compete side by side with Spotify and Netflix. YouTube bets on the original content. YouTube Music is a music streaming service through which clients have access themes, albums, videos, thousands of playlists and a large catalog of remixes, live performances and covers.

The platform for both mobile and desktop presents a dynamic home screen that is updated and adapted to the needs of each user. Google’s artificial intelligence is also present, in fact it uses both the history of reproductions and location data to suggest playlists.

YouTube Music is presented free of charge with ads and paid for without ads, allows background playback and the ability to download themes and lists to continue listening without connection.

For its part, YouTube Premium allows to download videos to watch them offline and the possibility of playing in the background. An important fact is that those who buy YouTube Premium may also have YouTube Music without ads and with all its functions.

Similarly, both services have family plans that allow customers share the subscription and its benefits with a group of up to five people.
