WPA3 for WiFi vulnerable to hacks

WPA3 protocol wanted to put an end to the security risks in WiFi networks. However, due to an error the system wobbles

The developers of the WPA3 security protocol promised safer and faster networks but now the first argument of its creation runs a great risk due to a critical vulnerability discovered.

The group of researchers have revealed several drawbacks to a protocol that was supposed to be perfect for the large number of connected devices that waited for the Internet of things. However, now nothing makes sense.

Among the most important changes of the protocol was the use of a negotiation system or “handshake” called “Dragonfly” that was resistant to attacks to try to guess the password of the WiFi network.

The system also offers the “forward secrecy”, which protects old sessions against potentially compromised passwords, but that is not enough.

In fact, the creators cannot explain how the Wi-Fi Alliance that certified the protocol did not offer a more open process to validate a system that is now seriously threatened.
