Whatsapp launches option of having an account on several devices

WhatsApp is testing a function that allows you to edit the multimedia content of the chats, accessible through a new button that would be added in the lower bar of the conversations, and works on the implementation of a multiplatform system that allows using the same account in different devices.
The WaBetainfo portal has picked up the presence of the multimedia file editing function in the WhatsApp trial version corresponding to the next update of the iOS application, in beta version 2.19.80.16.
Although the portal said a few days ago that this feature would be available for both Android and iOS, it seems that it has first reached the testers of the beta version of iOS.
The edit function adds a new button to the bottom of a conversation, along with the rest of the actions. In the version for iOS, it appears as the icon of the tip of a pencil. In the previous warning, WaBetainfo also shared its preparation for Android, where it would appear in the drop-down menu of the conversation, as the option of Edit.
The edition would not replace the original content already sent, but would replicate it and allow it to be edited, for example, by adding text to an image.
