WhatsApp launches an update with new tools

The instant messaging network presented a new version of its wallpapers, a sticker search engine, among other news

The WhatsApp messaging application introduced a new update with new features, including improvements to the wallpapers, a sticker search engine and a new pack of animated stickers from the World Health Organization (WHO).

The new update of the application features is focused on new wallpapers with images of nature and architecture from around the world, as well as new and eye-catching designs, which users can find in the Bright and Dark albums.

In addition, the update features scribbled wallpapers in more colors and allows users to add custom chat backgrounds for each contact and set a different wallpaper for light and dark mode.

WhatsApp also added a sticker search engine, with which users will be able to search and find stickers more easily with a text and even an emoji.

With the innovations also came a new animated sticker pack from WHO called Together at Home, which includes the text translated into nine languages: German, Arabic, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Turkish.
