One of the most prestigious network security providers in the United States has decided to acquire the assets of Panda Security, the most important Basque firm in the IT security sector in Spain.

This company, after 30 years operating in the market, both nationally and internationally, now closes a historic phase to start a new chapter directed by WatchGuard who, through agreements with the Spanish firm, has managed to finalize the purchase of its goods for about 250 million euros, according to some sources.
