The CatCARD platform, developed by Phoenix3k, is the Venezuelan banking system’s newest partner, aiming to centralize the issuance and monitoring of debit, credit, and prepaid cards, as well as achieve a single digital infrastructure.

The system offers:
- Security tools for transaction validation.
- Real-time fraud risk assessment.
- Authentication protocols with dynamic keys for electronic purchases.
- Automation of daily reconciliation processes for transactions against final settlements.
- Easy release of withholdings.
- Rapid generation of files for manufacturing physical cards according to industry requirements.
