Venezuela maintains the flight restriction until November

The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) extended the ban on commercial air activity until the 12th of next month

The National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) informed through a statement the extension of the restriction of commercial flights in Venezuela for 30 more days.

Thus, due to the confinement measures that are applied in the country as a result of the pandemic, flights will be restricted at least until November 12.

Exempt from this prohibition are “operations in a state of emergency“, cargo and mail flights, humanitarian flights, repatriation or those authorized by the United Nations (UN), as well as cargo and commercial overflights.

On the other hand, it was recalled that passengers on authorized flights “must comply with the collective social quarantine under the strict supervision of the State.”

Authorized flights must have a pre-authorization from the Venezuelan Aeronautical Authorities, as well as the health and migration authorities.
