The House of Representatives hearing will have a discussion on the subject on Wednesday, July 18

The United States Senate will hold a special hearing on Wednesday, July 18 to discuss “the future of money, digital currency.” The ecosystem of crypto and blockchain will receive the attention of financial authorities during the meeting that will be broadcast live through Coindesk.

In previous sessions, the American Congress has already discussed the issue of the new economy, digital currency, security and the regulatory system, as well as the recent crimes that have been committed with cryptocurrencies.

The discussion will be headed by the Financial Services Committee of the House of Representatives of the United States, chaired by Jeb Hensarling, and a group of experts on the subject.

Currently, the central banks of several countries focus on the discussion of issues such as transactions in Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies, as well as the creation of startups for the financial sector and security in the network.

All these issues, in addition to the obligations of investors in tax matters, will be part of the agenda called for the session scheduled by the House of Representatives.
