In its first 100 days of operation, it has managed to effectively resolve 88% of the cases it treats, which means that patients have been discharged without the need to go to another health center, with a satisfaction level of 96%. of its users, indicating that they would recommend this emergency room to family and friends. Likewise, the attention time from the moment the patient arrives until they are seen by a doctor is 5 minutes and the maximum stay time is less than 3 hours.
Another fundamental achievement of these first days of operation has been to reduce the cost of care for a medical emergency by 83%, compared to a traditional health center. In its first 100 days of operation, Venemergencia Urgent Care has performed more than 12,000 paraclinical studies (laboratory tests, X-rays and ultrasound). The distribution of users by age is: 24% pediatric, 53% adults and 23% older adults. The pathologies treated are distributed as follows: 30% trauma, 15% respiratory infections, 15% urinary, skin and soft tissue infectious processes, 15% viral syndromes, neck or low back pain and other pathologies, 12% abdominal pain, 10% diarrheal syndromes and dehydration, 3% hypertensive crises.
Two new Urgent Care headquarters coming soon: another in Caracas and one in Valencia
