The auction house Wilsons Auctions will carry out the first auction of 430 thousand dollars in crypto confiscated by the Belgian police

Wilsons Auctions announced that it is ready to carry out in Ireland the auction of approximately $ 430,000 in crypto actives that were seized by the Belgian police in a case of drug trafficking related to the use of Darknet.

As published by the auction house: “The bitcoins were seized by the Belgian police as a result of a drug trafficking case in which the criminals used the DarkNet to sell drugs.”

The auction process will be online and will last 24 hours, starting on February 28th at 12pm GMT and ending on March 1st. It will be available for an international audience, that is, for any interested party, no matter where in the world they are.

Wilsons Auctions also expressed that it will divide the total of cryptocurrencies into different parts or lots. The organizing company maintains that the amount includes 104.99 each of BTC, BTG and BCH. Bitcoin lots will have a range of 0.5 to 4 BTC each, while those of BTG and BCH will include more than each coin.
