Trump wants to arrest a congressional official

The US president stressed that the anonymous complaint about the call to the president of Ukraine "is a fraud" and that this is why Adam Schiff should go to jail

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, said that the complaint of an anonymous official for his controversial call to the president of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, is “a fraud”, while suggesting that the president of the Intelligence Commission of the House of Representatives, Adam Schiff, for the reading he made to parliamentarians of the transcript of that telephone conversation.

“The complaint of the false anonymous whistleblower is not upheld. It is based mostly on the call to the President of Ukraine that, in the name of transparency, I delivered immediately to Congress and the public”, said the president of the United States, in a message posted in your personal Twitter account. “The complainant knew almost nothing. It’s a second-hand transcript and it’s a fraud”, he added.

Trump has re-charged the Democratic representative Adam Schiff, president of the House of Representatives Intelligence Commission, whom he has accused of “inventing a false and terrible statement” to tell the transcript of the call to Zelenski.

In his opinion, what Adam Schiff told in Parliament “is unrelated” to what Trump said in his conversation with Zelenski, so he wondered if there should be “an arrest for treason.”

Subsequently, the US president has reiterated that the president of Ukraine said he did not receive pressure from Trump to investigate Hunter Biden for his work for a Ukrainian gas company. “Case closed!”, he stressed in another message on Twitter.

Finally, Trump has asked himself “who has changed the rules of a lifetime for whistleblowers just before the complaint was sent” from the call to the President of Ukraine and has reiterated his promise to “empty the swamp”, before pushing the English Twitter tag #fakewhistleblower (false whistleblower).

Late on Sunday, Trump said he has the right to meet with the anonymous whistleblower who filed the complaint over Ukraine’s call and warned that there will be “great consequences” for the performance of that official and the sources that informed him.
