1. Big Tech vs. Antitrust Accusations
During the year, companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, and Amazon had to face investigations, hearings, and lawsuits for alleged monopoly practices.
The most recent lawsuit against Facebook seeks, among other measures, to force the company to resell Instagram and WhatsApp, applications purchased in 2012 and 2014.

According to studies, more than 2.050 million people in the world currently shop online and 2020 is expected to close with global online sales close to US $ 4.2 billion.
