Over the weekend a thief broke into a bakery in California, United States, in order to steal a Bitcoin ATM.
The fact was recorded by the local security camera. According to what the sources indicated, the bakery has already been violated at least three times in the last months.
In spite of the different blows with a hammer that the thief gave to the BATM, he could not achieve its objective of breaking it, so he did not have another option that to leave running and take it with him.
“It scares our neighbors. Our workers. It scares us. You know? Because it could happen at any time,” said Derek Tran, a member of the family who owns the bakery.
The owners of the cash dispenser in exchange for cryptocurrency in the store do not know if the BATM contained cash.
