The E3 is the annual event in which the videogame companies show the titles, both for the videogame console and for the PC, in which they are working and announce those that will soon reach the market.

Organized by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the fair has closed three days of news on video games with 66,100 attendees and with “millions more watching and participating ‘online'”, and more than 200 exhibitors, of which a quarter have come by first time to E3 in this edition, as the press release states.

The E3 2019 has hosted the presentation of Project Scarlett, Microsoft’s next-generation video game console, but also titles such as Marvel’s Avengers, from Square Enix; the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, by Nintendo; Watch Dogs Legion, by Ubisoft; o Cyberpunk 2077, from CD Projekt Red.

For its part, the stage of E3 Coliseum has counted with the presence of guests like Todd Howard, of Bethesda; the actor Jack Black; the writer Will Wright; and Chad Stahelski, the director of John Wick Chapter 3: Parabellum, among others.

The ESA has highlighted the impact that E3 2019 had on social networks. Since its inception, more than 3.2 million people have talked about the fair on Twitter, and E3 Coliseum has had 1.2 million viewers.

The review of the figures left by the 2019 edition of E3 has been accompanied by the announcement of the dates on which the fair will be held next year. As the organization reports, E3 2020 will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, from June 9 to 11.
