The Transformative Digital Customer Experience (TDCX) technology company in Singapore opened its first headquarters in Europe and is ready to generate 300 jobs in the district of Barcelona, Spain, later this year.
The digital and technological support services company currently has 1,500 square meters offices in the region and also plans to double this space by the end of 2020.
Likewise, the director of TDCX in the city of Spain, Sophie Chelmick, stressed that Barcelona is not only one of the most attractive regions to work, but that its offices are located in the city’s “Silicon Valley”, very close to some of global technology companies, something that generates “many opportunities to be on the frontline of innovation.”
The project has been supported by Catalonia Trade Investment, one of the most prestigious companies in Catalonia, being the most competitive business sector in the country.
TDCX was founded in 1995, with headquarters in Singapore, and initially has about 10,000 workers and works in markets such as Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan or China.
