Swiss ATMs allow transactions with BCH

Users of ATMs in Zurich, Geneva and Bern can buy and sell bitcoin cash thanks to the support offered by the operator Värdex Suisse

Europe currently has an average of 350 ATMs for cryptocurrencies. Switzerland joins this ecosystem thanks to the support of the operator of ATMs for digital currencies Värdex Suisse.

Thanks to this decision, Swiss citizens from various cities such as Zurich, Bern and Geneva, as well as Lucerne and Lausanne will be able to buy and sell bitcoin cash (BCH). The announcement was made by the company through its social networks, adding that transactions are also possible through points of sale and associations with retailers within the country and abroad.

Värdex Suisse emphasized its commitment to offer customers a fast, secure and convenient way to buy and sell digital currency. The network of cryptographic ATMs is, in fact, the largest in Switzerland.

It is important to mention that the teams of this company, oriented since 2017 to satisfy the demands of the retail sector, also allow trading with other cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin.

The strategic associations of the operator include the recent launch of a “cryptographic exchange service offered jointly with the Liechtenstein post office“. With this they seek to favor the blockchain and cryptographic business environment.

According to data from the Coinatmradar website, Switzerland currently has 52 BTC and cryptographic ATMs. From now on, at least half of these devices will support BCH.
