Sunacrip will create platform for remittances in cryptoactive

The Venezuelan Superintendence will allow up to an amount of 10 petros, with a maximum exception of 50

Through a ruling, the National Superintendency of Cryptoactives and Related Activities (Sunacrip) of Venezuela announced that it will create a platform for sending and receiving remittances with cryptocurrencies.

On Twitter they gave more details regarding the new regulations published in the Official Gazette N ° 41.581, dated February 7, 2019.

“The resolution establishes the requirements and procedures for the sending and receiving of remittances in cryptoactive to natural persons”, as it is published on social networks.

On the other hand, it indicates that “the processing of remittances in cryptoactives will be based on the technological platform determined by Sunacrip, being able to use any other electronic means that it considers suitable for the fulfillment of its purpose”.

These new conditions are subject to those who “intend to send in cryptoactive to the territory of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, as well as the natural persons receiving them.”

On the other hand a cap of 10 petros was established, in addition to an exception that includes up to 50 petros.
